Unforgettable season 2 continues to talk
about female detective Carrie Wells who has a unique gift – she
remembers everything that has ever happened to her in all the details.
Gestures, words, smells, colors, shapes brand in her complicated mind
forever. In season 1 Carrie had to go back to working for the police
after her resignation several years ago. The reason for her return was a
murder committed right in front of Carrie's threshold. Together with
her partner Al Burns she manages to solve this and many other cases.
However, Carrie's got her own frame in the wardrobe. Her current sadness
is her mother who lives in a nursery home and doesn't remember her own
daughter. Her past sadness is her sister who was violently killed right
before Carrie's eyes, whose phenomenal memory hasn't kept any
information about this terrible incident. In season 2 action starts with
Carrie is asked to help investigate a kidnapping. The victim is a
young girl kidnapped on her way to soccer training. Together with her
permanent partner Al, detective Jay and an FBI agent Murray Carrie is
going to take a complicated task of solving an insoluble case. Carrie's
team soon established that this kidnapping is very similar to two other
abduction cases. The investigation leads her to the person who is
indirectly connected to the first two cases. On the face of it he seems
to be a victim but is it really so? Only Carrie can figure it out for
sure and save the girl from this catch-22 situation.
